| Seminars We offer QuickBooks Seminars monthly. Please see the company calendar for upcoming events. We train end users and accountants on how to use the product. We also will begin offering classes to CPAs in the Spring of 2003 to qualify them for Accounting and Auditing CPE credits. On site Training We offer on-site training in all of the products listed on our website. QuickBooks is by far the biggest portion of our business. Telephone Support We have support plans that are charged by the minute, which encourages our clients to call more often, because the cost to do it right without waiting is much less than the cost to fix it later. Outsourced Bookkeeping We offer a full array of outsourced bookkeeping services. We can do the work; you can do the work, and we review it. Whatever works! If you have vacations or sick-time that occurs within your accounting staff, if you are with us on this program, you can have us "fill in" for you. |
